At Afpaks, our goal is to ensure every customer shops with complete confidence. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet expectations, and we strive to make the return and refund process as simple, transparent, and fair as possible.
This policy explains eligibility, return procedures, shipping responsibilities, refund timelines, and conditions to provide clarity at every step.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items purchased directly from Afpaks, provided all conditions below are met:
Customer Requirements:
- Submit a return request within 60 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and labels must remain attached.
- The product must not be listed as non-returnable.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Afpaks Verification:
- Return requests are reviewed and approved by our support team.
- Items must be received within the allowed timeframe and pass inspection.
- Refunds or replacements are issued according to this policy.
If either party fails to meet these requirements, the return may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
Customers have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
Requests submitted after this period may not qualify unless required by law.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email Info@afpaks.com within 60 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Approval & Return Instructions
Once approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions, including whether a prepaid return label will be issued or if you need to arrange your own shipping.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Securely package your item and ship it to the address provided. Always use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Step 4: Inspection
Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days to confirm eligibility.
Return Labels & Shipping Cost Responsibility
Afpaks Covers Shipping:
- For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or defect), we provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
Customer Covers Shipping:
- If returning due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, unwanted item), customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Using a reliable, trackable courier is recommended to avoid lost packages. Afpaks is not responsible for returns that do not reach our facility.
Restocking Fee
Afpaks does not charge any restocking fee.
All eligible returns are processed without deduction, ensuring you receive the full refund amount (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable).
Refund Processing
Once the returned item passes inspection:
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 14 days for the funds to appear.
- An email confirmation is sent once your refund is issued.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To replace an item, return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product or size. This ensures faster and more accurate service.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact Info@afpaks.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
A prepaid return label will be issued, and you may choose a replacement or full refund depending on availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:
- Check your payment account or bank again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
- If more than 28 days have passed, email Info@afpaks.com for further assistance.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but items may be returned following this policy.
Return Address
The return shipping address will be provided after your return is approved.
Do not send items to the general website address without prior authorization, as this may delay your refund or result in lost items.
