Do I need an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is optional. You can place your order as a guest by providing basic details such as your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. Creating an account is only helpful if you want to track your orders more easily in the future.
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will provide shipping and payment information, and once the order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
What payment methods do you accept?

Where do you ship?
Currently, Afpaks ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time consists of processing and transit:

What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-6) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Do you charge for shipping?
A flat shipping fee of $5 USD applies to all orders within the United States. This fee will appear automatically at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before the order has shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before shipment. Once the package is in transit, we cannot reroute or recall it.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Initiate a return by emailing your order number and reason to our support team.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the return is due to an Afpaks error (wrong item, defect, or damage), we cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Are there any restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to an additional 14 days to appear in your account.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Are all products in stock?
Items listed as “Available” on the website are in stock. In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Make sure your address is complete and accurate.
Can I update my billing or shipping address after placing an order?
You can request an update only before the order has shipped. Once it is dispatched, changes cannot be made.
